Millet Super Swallow 
2 cups millet flour
2 cups Boiling hot water
1 cup tepid water
Method:
Mix millet flour with 1 cup tepid water and pour mixture into 2 cups boiling water.
Stir vigorously continously until it’s fully homogenized. Keep cooking for about 20 minutes.
To make it more elastic, add ¼ cup oatmeal to it at the 10th minutes.
Serve with any soups of your choice.
