Millet Bread

Ingredients:

Chef Juls Breadmix 1 box

Yeast 2 tbsp

Water 480g

Vegetable Oil 75g

In a bowl, stir water, yeast and butter. Combine with Chef Juls Millet Bread Mix and knead thoroughly till it’s stretchy and elastic. Form into a dough and portion them into 400g each and put in three 6.5 x 4 –inch loafpans and leave to proof for abit 50mins to 1hr or until it doubles in size. Bake at 180 -200C for about 25-30mins or until the top is golden brown.
